As Zombies are the most common enemy in the earlier areas, they are very easy to beat.Tentacle Whip: The Tentacle Mutant will reel back and quickly swing its arm forward like a whip, dealing medium damage and knocking the player back slightly.Melee Swing: The Zombie will lean backward, before swinging their arm or weapon (if holding one).During this, they will curl their mutated arm up and lower their heads. If not in combat, Tentacle Mutants will roam around similarly to Zombies. They deal roughly thrice as much damage as a regular Zombie and additionally knock the player back. However, Tentacle Mutants are not to be underestimated. Tentacle Mutants are slower than zombies and are slightly more hunched over, presumably due to their heavy mutated appendages. The material covering their mutated arm seems to be extending to the torso, which further indicates that it may be corruption instead of blood, although it remains unconfirmed. Tentacle Mutants are mutated zombies sporting an unique characteristic - each sports an elongated, purplish, tentacle-like arm. Their attacks are sluggish and usually result in little damage, but they may be dangerous in groups. They will give a groan when initiating combat and shamble towards the player afterwards. Zombies will roam around aimlessly until they spot the player. Some Zombies may also be randomly faster than normally. In fact, they're very vulnerable to electricity, often being completely blown apart when shocked.Ī Zombie will become slightly faster when other Zombies are nearby. Despite being undead, they're not immune to fire damage, poison or electricity. Zombies may sometimes wield obsidian weaponry or crystal shards, however they're usually unarmed. They are very easy to defeat as a result of their slowness and weakness. They are similar to normal humans, albeit they look gaunt and they're partly covered in a dark red substance, assumed to be either dried blood or some kind of corruption, which could be responsible for them rising from the dead.
